If you’ve been a Barkers customer for any time at all, it’s a safe bet that you’ve probably heard about (and we hope have bagged yourself something from) our ZQRX Merino range. But just in case you’re new around, let’s get you caught up to speed on the kingpin of knitwear, or in other words: ZQRX Merino.

ZQRX is a regenerative agriculture index to help farmers work with nature, not against it. Think of it as a measure beyond sustainability, where the aim is continuous improvement - not a minimum standard. The goal is to eliminate the effects of critical global issues such as climate change and the loss of biodiversity through the use of regenerative practices. Simply put, it’s giving a little more than is taken in respect to the environment, the animal life within that environment, and the people and human communities interacting with that environment.
