IronClad Victory Boning Knife
High quality German engineering meets Kiwi verycleverness.
Made in partnership with Victory Knives, The Ironclad Boning Knife is beautiful, durable and sustainable.
The blade is hand-crafted from premium German stainless steel—famous for its balanced weight, strength and versatility.
The handle is a first-of-its-kind natural replacement for plastic. It’s called Shear Edge™?. A tight matrix of sheep’s wool fibres that combine to produce a handle that is lighter, stronger and faaaaaar more sustainable than traditional, world-clogging plastic.
The undyed, unbleached natural wool fibres create a unique cream colour with lovely tone variations that differ from handle to handle.
Designed for left and right handers, and all hand sizes, the blade and handle have been shaped to help reduce the pressure needed to glide through ingredients.
Like all of the Ironclad products, the Ironclad Boning Knife is made to order and made to last. Each one is unique and hand-crafted in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
