• How do I become a Barkers & Co Member?

  Anyone can join our Barkers Dollars Programme, to sign up online simply click here to Register to become a Barkers & Co Member.

• How do I earn Barkers Dollars?

  Barkers Dollars are automatically applied to your loyalty account following all eligible purchases online and instore. Online purchases will earn Barkers Dollars once dispatched.

  Silver members earn 1 Barkers Dollar on every $20 spent on full price items. Gold and Platinum members earn 2 Barkers Dollars on every $20 spent on full price products, and 1 Barkers Dollar on every $20 spent on sale and outlet products.

  For Double Barkers Dollars promotional events, Silver members earn 2 Barkers Dollars per $20 spent on full price and promotional product. With Double Dollars, Gold and Platinum earn 4 Barkers Dollars per $20 spent on full price and promotional product, and 2 Barkers Dollars per $20 spent on sale product.

• How do I add Barkers Dollars & Rewards to my order?

  When you have proceeded to the payment options at checkout, any available Barkers Dollars will show at the top of the payment page. Clicking use reward points will apply these to your order. You can then proceed to your next payment method for any outstanding balance owing. 

  Any available rewards can be found on your Barkers & Co Loyalty account page here. Simply apply your unique reward code in the promo code field at checkout.

• Do I still get a 10% VIP discount?

  Our Barkers & Co loyalty program replaces our 10% discount. You'll earn Barkers Dollars when you shop with us, get access to exclusive promotions and receive yearly bonuses that'll keep your wallet stocked for longer. The more you spend with us annually the more you are rewarded within each tier.

• What are my birthday rewards?

   Silver Barkers & Co loyalty members  will receive a $20 off coupon to spend on orders over $100 on your birthday. Gold members will receive a $30 birthday coupon with no minimum spend. Platinum Barkers & Co loyalty members earn a $50 reward on their birthday. These rewards are available to redeem on your birthday and will remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• What are my tier anniversary rewards?

  Gold Barkers & Co loyalty members will receive a $30 annual reward on us as a thank you for sticking around! Platinum members gain a $50 tier bonus annually for your loyalty. There are no tier anniversary rewards for Silver Barkers & Co loyalty members. 

• When will my rewards expire?

  New customer tier bonuses are redeemable on your account up to 24 hours after first purchase and expire one month from issue. Birthday rewards expire one month from issue. Annual tier rewards are applied to your account at new tier reach, and can be redeemed at checkout via a unique coupon code. These annual tier rewards expire six months from issue.
