Can I use my digital gift card in-store?
Yes you can, just make sure you bring the unique code and copy of your digital gift card in-store when you want to use it.
Where do I enter the ‘To’ and ‘From’ details?
You’ll enter the recipient’s name, your name, and a message during checkout.
Can I purchase a Digital Voucher alongside other items?
Digital Vouchers need to be bought on their own — they can’t be purchased with other products.
Can I return my gift card for a refund?
Unfortunately no, when you purchase a physical or digital gift card you will not be able to return this for a refund.
Can i only use my digital gift card in nz?
Yes, currently Digital Gift cards can only be used on our New Zealand website or in store.
