How long will my order to take to arrive?
New Zealand – Free overnight delivery*
Australia - Overnight delivery* for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and Adelaide metro areas.
Australia – Other state capital cities – 2 day delivery.
Australia – Remote areas – 3-5 day delivery.
Rest of world – 2-5 day delivery.
*PLEASE NOTE: Overnight delivery applies to orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays may not arrive until the following Monday, dependent on your local weekend delivery schedules. Weekend orders are processed on a Monday. If for some reason there is an unexpected delay with your order we will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible. Australian orders over $1000 AUD may incur delays and due to customs.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes - we offer a FREE Click & Collect service that allows you to ship your online order in any Barkers store for collection. Click here

Can I return my online order in store?
How do I return my online order by courier?
Yes - you are more than welcome to exchange or return your online orders (including sale and outlet items) at any Barkers store within 30 days of receipt – our store staff will be happy to help you out.
Visit any Barkers store, including Outlet stores. Note: Outlet items cannot be found in full price Barkers stores,
therefore these exchanges should take in an Outlet store.
Remember to bring proof of purchase
For refunds please bring the credit card you paid with (cardholder must be present)

New Zealand Returns
Complete the returns form that came with your order.
Affix the pre-addressed returns label that came with your order to your return package. Please note you will be charged $4.99 for the use of this label.
Call NZ Couriers on 0800 800 841 to arrange collection of your return (valid for New Zealand pick ups only)

Will my refund include courier charges?
Unfortunately we cannot refund return courier charges unless the garment is faulty.

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost, and may be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain orders. These charges are your responsibility as we only charge for the transportation fee for the packages. Also note that prices are GST or local tax exclusive and Barkers does not offer GST refund for exported products. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs could be.

Can I purchase online with a Barkers gift card?
Which credit cards/payment types do Barkers accept online?
Yes you can. Gift cards can be used online, or in any Barkers store. If your order total is greater than the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount by credit card, or with another gift card. If your order total is less than the gift card balance, the change will remain on your gift card for use at a later date. Please note the old cardboard gift vouchers cannot be used online. However, if you send these back to us we can swap them for a digital voucher code.Email us for more information.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Barkers Gift Cards and Q Card are all accepted payment types online. We also offer PayPal and MasterPass as payment options.
How does paying online with Q Card work?
What is Q Card?
You can now use your Q Card to make online purchases at barkersonline.co.nz* and receive at least 3 months no payments and no interest (Payment Holiday) on your purchase. On promotional days (as advertised from time to time) you could get an extended Payment Holiday period. Click here for current offer terms and conditions.
To use Q Card online simply select 'Credit Card' as your payment type when you check-out, enter your Q Card number, expiry date and CVV number. (Your CVV number is a 3 digit number displayed on the back on your Q Card).

When viewing a garment there is an option to click ‘SIZE CHART’, under the size and colour options. A pop up box will appear with basic measurements to help you find the correct size.
How do I update my account details?
Once you are logged into the website, you may change your details by clicking the MY DETAILS link in the top right hand corner. All contact details can also be updated by staff in our stores - click here
to find your nearest store. Address details can be changed online at the time of purchase by clicking the ‘CHANGE’ link under your postal or shipping address.
