Barkers Dollars:
Barkers' Dollars are calculated at a percentage of transactional value at your tier rate and rounding may occur.
Rewards:
New customer bonus available on your account up to 24 hours after first purchase and expire 1 month from issue. Birthday rewards expire 1 month from issue. Annual tier rewards are applied to the account at the new tier reach and can be redeemed at checkout via unique coupon code. Annual tier rewards expire 6 months from issue.
Rewards coupons are not redeemable on VIP days.

How do I become a Barkers member?
Anyone can join our Barkers & Co Loyalty Programme, to sign up online simply click here to Register to become a member here.

How do I earn Barkers Dollars?
Barkers Dollars are automatically applied to your loyalty account following all eligible purchases online and instore. Online purchases will earn Barkers Dollars once dispatched. Please note: Barkers Dollars cannot be used to purchase Barkers Gift Cards.
How do I add Barkers Dollars & rewards to my order?
When you have proceeded to the payment options at checkout, any available Barkers Dollars will show at the top of the payment page. Clicking use reward points will apply these to your order. You can then proceed to your next payment method for any outstanding balance owing. Any available rewards can be found on your Barkers & Co Loyalty account page here .Simply apply your unique reward code in the promo code field at checkout. Please note: Barkers Dollars cannot be used to purchase Barkers Gift Cards. Some reward exclusions apply.
When do Barkers Dollars and rewards expire?

Expiry Dates are as follows
Loyalty welcome reward: 3 months from first purchase.
Barkers Dollars: 12 months from date earnt.
Tier achievement reward: 6 months from date earnt.
Birthday Reward: 1 month from date issued
Can I use Barkers Dollars & Reward Coupons on VIP sales?
Your Barkers Dollars can be used on all promotions and sale events, including VIP sale days.
Barkers Rewards are not redeemable in conjunction with VIP Promotions, and other promotional exclusions may apply. Check the terms and conditions of other promotions here -Terms and Conditions.
Can I get refunded for my loyalty voucher?
If you have used any form of loyalty voucher for an order, you will not be refunded or given store credit for this amount. e.g. If you buy something at $120 and use a $30 loyalty voucher to make the order cost $90, if you require a refund or store credit this will only be for $90 and your voucher will not be re-issued.
