Afterpay lets you pay for your order over 4 fortnightly payments. There’s no interest or added fees. Payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card in four equal payments each week, while you receive your order as if you’d purchased it today. No waiting around before you can get your hands on your wardrobe!

  • Who can use Afterpay?

    Any NZ resident over 18 with a valid debit or credit card and phone.

  • How is my Afterpay limit approved?

    This is controlled by Afterpay and is based on their credit rating system. As such it could vary and grow or shrink based on your prior repayments and credit rating at the time of each order.

  • How do I return my Afterpay order?

    Afterpay transactions can be refunded through our stores. You will need to have your Afterpay card ready. Alternatively, you can return this to our DC warehouse and the refund can be processed through them. This is will be the same process for any exchanges. 

  • Is Afterpay available in store?

    Afterpay is available instore and online.

  • Are there late fees or setup fees for Afterpay?

    No there are no setup fees. There are late payment fee's as explained on their site here - Afterpay Payments Explained

  • Can I spend more than my Afterpay Limit?

    Yes, you can, but the amount over your limit will be charged upfront as part of the initial payment.

  • How do Afterpay returns work?

    Unfortunately, stores can't refund Afterpay transactions. If you want a refund, your order must be sent to our returns centre and can't be taken to a store. If you want to exchange your item, you can either send it back or take it to any Barkers store.
