Click & Reserve - How Does It Work?

What is Click & Reserve?

Click & Reserve is our new service that allows you to place products available in store on hold, via an online booking.



How long will my item be kept on hold for?

Click & Reserve items can only be held for 24 hours. If you are unable to make it in store within this time frame, please contact the Barkers store you have selected for your Click & Reserve hold. Prices under limited time offers or promotions are subject to change.



What do I need to bring to pick up my Click & Reserve?

You should have received a Click & Reserve booking confirmation email from us to confirm your reservation details. You can either simply show this to the team when you head in store, or let them know your Reservation Reference Number and they'll grab your reserved items for you.



When will I be charged?

The payment for your Click & Reserve purchase will be made in store at the same time that you pick up your item. No payment is taken online.



How long will it take until my Click & Reserve is ready to collect?

Your item should be ready within 1 hour of you making the Click & Reserve booking.

If you have any questions or would like to change your reservation, please contact your chosen store directly.
