Password wont work on the new site?
NOTE - Barkers upgraded its site in October 2017. Due to the migration across systems, passwords were cleared.
This is standard practice to ensure passwords are never decripted or moved (We couldnt dop this even if we wanted too).
This means you will need to re-set your pass word on your first login attempt on the new website.
You will be prompted to do this when going through checkout.
How do I reset my password if I have forgotten it?
At any login screen click the "I Forgot" link in the password field and follow the prompts.
You can also navigate directly to this via - www.barkersonline.co.nz/forgotten-password
If you don't have access to your email address to reset, we will need to verfiy your identiy in person, in store with ID such as a Drivers Licence or Passport.
I have reset my password but still cant login?
Check your caps lock, this tricks even the best of us.
Beyond that, give us a call or message as we will need to see why its not workign for you.
How do I change my password? (If I know the current password)
You need to login, then navigate to the "My account" section via the top navigation bar by clicking on "Account Information"
