How do I update my details?
All contact details can be updated by staff in our stores, click here to find your nearest store. Address details can be changed online at the time of purchase by clicking the ‘CHANGE’ link under your postal or shipping address.
Where’s my nearest Barkers store, and what are its opening hours?
Click on the ‘ STORES ’ link on the top left of the homepage to check out our store locator. - each store has its own page with a google maps link, opening hours and other important information.
Where do Barkers ship to?
We ship to most locations in North America, Europe, Asia and the Pacific. If your country isn’t on that list please contact info@barkersonline.co.nz to see if we can arrange shipping to your destination.
What are the Barkers shipping charges?
Shipping is $6 locally or $20 to any international address. Domestic shipping is FREE when you spend over $100.
I have made a purchase online but I want to exchange it - how do I go about that?
Garments which are eligible for exchange (see criteria below) can be exchanged at any Barkers store, or returned to this address:

Unworn and saleable merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, store credit or refund in the form of original payment, provided it’s accompanied by an original Barkers sales receipt and with all original tags attached, Merchandise without an original Barkers sales receipt may not be exchanged or returned and refunded but may be exchanged with an exchange card.
Any garments returned for exchange or refund are returned at the purchasers expense - that is, the customer pays for the courier or postage back to Barkers. Barkers will cover the cost of returning exchanged items to the original purchaser. We cannot refund courier or postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Worn, damaged or altered merchandise may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
All underwear unless faulty may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
What if there’s a problem with my purchaase?
Exchange: Garments can be exchanged within 14 days assuming they meet the criteria above.
Refund: Garments can be refunded within 14 days with the original receipt if they are in a saleable condition at any of our stores.
Change of Mind: Garments can be exchanged within 14 days if you change your mind so long as they’re unworn, in a saleable condition and you have the original receipt.
Faulty: Faulty garments can be exchanged at any of our stores.
Will my refund include courier charges?
Unfortunately we cannot refund courier charges - refunds can only be given on Barkers product.
How can I apply for a position with Barkers?

Can I purchase online with a Barkers gift voucher?
Barkers gift vouchers can be redeemed at any one of our 27 stores nationwide.
How do I care for my garment?
To maintain the high quality of our clothing, garments should be cleaned at regular intervals. Information and instructions can be found on the care labels in each garment. If you have any additional questions, please visit your nearest Barkers store - they will be happy to help.
How do I opt out of Barkers emails?
Simply click on the ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ link on any Barkers email you received, or reply to the email with ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ in the subject line.
Which credit cards do Barkers accept online?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners are accepted online.
Is it safe to buy online with my credit card?

How do I know which size to buy?
When viewing a garment there is an option to click ‘SIZE CHART’, under the size and colour options. A pop up box will appear with basic measurements to help you find the correct size.
