Delivery is FREE
on any order delivered in New Zealand or Australia.
Domestic orders are delivered by Courierpost and international orders are delivered using DHL.
Once your order has been processed you will be able to track its progress with the courier. Whilst we endeavour to pick up and ship all orders within 24 hours, during busy periods or in extreme cases it may take up to 4 working days for your order to be processed and leave our warehouse. To track your orders progress:
- Go onto our website
- Log in and click on My Account, at the top of the page
- In My Account, click on Previous Orders
- Then simply click the order tracking number and you’ll get taken to our courier’s website
International orders over $100: $20 (NZD)
International orders less than $100: $30 (NZD)
International orders are shipped by DHL. Australian orders will often arrive within 1-3 working days, with other countries within 1-5 working days.

EASY IN STORE RETURNS:
You are more than welcome to return your online orders at any Barkers store. Please take either the order confirmation email you received at the time of order, or the invoice that was sent out with your order when returning an online order in store. Our store staff will be happy to help you out with a refund, exchange, or store credit.
EASY MAIL RETURNS:
If you would like to return your online order via post please complete the returns form that came with your order and post it back to:

Once your return has been received, a refund will be processed back on to your credit card. We advise you track your returns as we cannot be responsible for items that go missing in the post. We cannot refund courier or postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Terms & Conditions:
Merchandise accompanied by your original Barkers sales receipt may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or Barkers credit or a full refund in the same form as the original payment. The merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition (with all original tags attached).
Merchandise without an original Barkers sales receipt can be exchanged only, provided you have an exchange card. This can only be done in store.
Worn, damaged or altered merchandise may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
All underwear unless faulty may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
If the merchandise (including underwear) is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
We cannot cover the customer's cost of return courier or postage for product which is being exchanged or refunded.
We highly recommend you track your order, as we cannot be responsible for items that go missing in the post.
