I have made a purchase online but I want to exchange it, can I do this?

A.

Garments that meet the below criteria can be exchanged at any Barkers store or returned to address:

Unworn and saleable merchandise, accompanied by an original Barkers sales receipt and with all original tags attached, may be returned within 14 days of purchase just one time for an exchange, store credit or refund in the form of original payment.

Merchandise without an original Barkers sales receipt may not be exchanged or returned and refunded but may be exchanged with an exchange card.

Worn, damaged or altered merchandise may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.

All underwear unless faulty may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.

What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

Change of mind:

Garments can be exchanged within 14 days if you change your mind as long as they are unworn, in a saleable condition and you have the original receipt.

 

Faulty:

Faulty garments can be exchanged within 14 days if they are un-work and in a saleable condition at any of our 22 stores.

 

Will my refund include courier charges?

Sorry no, we cannot refund courier charges. Refunds can only be given on Barkers product.

To maintain the high quality of the clothing, garments should be cleaned at regular intervals. Information and instructions can be found on the labels in each garment. If you have any additional questions, please visit your nearest Barkers store, they will be happy to help you.
