Delivery Charges
Delivery is FREE on any order delivered in New Zealand for orders over $100. A shipping charge of $6.00 will be charged for all orders less than
$100. You should receive your product within 5 days of placing your order if it is going to a New Zealand address, and a similar timespan if it is
being delivered outside of New Zealand via Fed Ex.
Orders are delivered by courier. This means we need a physical street address for your order, because couriers don’t deliver to PO boxes.
This also means you can track your order. Just follow the steps below:
- Wait a couple of hours after you’ve placed your order
- Go onto our website
- Log in and click on My Account, at the top of the page
- In My Account, click on Previous Orders
- Then simply click the order tracking number and you’ll get taken to our courier’s website

Shipping on all overseas orders is now just $20 via Fed Ex, regardless of the size of the order, and should arrive within 5 working days.
